To mitigate fraud all guests must go through a verification process with Truvi (Superhog). This involves verifying your identity by taking a photo of yourself and your ID and a quick background check.
Truvi (Superego) will provide rental insurance of up to $500 guest will be given the option to either pay a non refundable $35, or a pre-authorised security deposit of $500 with a 2% non-refundable fee.
We do accept long stay of multiple months. When booking a long stay guest will be asked to pay the full amount of their stay. However, monthly payments are accepted. Please contact us for more information on this option.
All Cancelations are 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in and 50% refundable up to 7 days before check-in.
For guest staying longer than 60 days we will provide and optional additional cleaning at no charge for each additional 30 days.
If you would like to have an additional cleaning please contact us 2 weeks prior to when you would like to have the house cleaned.
We do allow up to 2 pets to stay at the house. There is an additional $50 fee for booking with a pet.
Guest are more than welcome to have additional guest stay overnight at no additional charge. We allow up to 6 guests to stay overnight at The Channel House and 8 at The Channel Gem.
The Channel House and The Channel Gem are not childproof. Guests are welcome to add child safety features to the house at their own expense as long as it doesn't damage any of the furniture, paint, and other features of the house.
The Channel House does not have off-street parking however there is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The Channel Gem does have off-street parking in addition to street parking.
