The Channel House is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home located on the west side of The Irish Channel. Only 3 blocks away from Magazine street The Channel House is ideal for being able to walk to some of the essential and hotspots, the grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants, breweries, parks, and the bakery are only a few steps away. The Channel House comes equipped with smart TVs in each bedroom, an ultra wide computer monitor, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and central heating.
The Irish Channel Gem is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home located on the east side of the Irish Channel. The Irish Channel Gem contains 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed located in the office/bedroom. Equipped with two working spaces on opposite ends of the house. The first is located in the office/bedroom with a bar area, 2 lounge chairs, a sofa sleeper that converts to a queen size bed, and a desk with an ultra wide monitor. The other working space overlooks the backyard in the sunroom with a standing desk and an ultra wide monitor. The Irish Channel Gem has off street parking and is equipped for EV charging. The house is equipped with central air and heating, washer and dryer, and smart TVs in all the bedrooms.
